Cubase / Nuendo

我不管是安装CUBASE还是NUENDO 开10次就有9次出现一个对话框。出现对话框后就不能使用CU和NU了。请前辈们帮忙指点一下！
我用的CU和NU的版本分别是Steinberg.Cubase.SX.v3.1.1.944-H2O和Steinberg.Nuendo.v3.2.0.1128 （我没有同时装它们）
我重装了无数遍这个 还重装了无数遍系统都没有用 不知道是什么地方出现错误了！
有时是一打开软件就出现那个对话框，有时是在打开工程文件后出现！
对话框的内容如下：
A serious problem has occurred:please try to save your project under another name and then restart Cubaesex3.exe If this problem persists please contact steinberg Technical Support with a description of what you do to create this problm,and the created file C:\program files\Steinberg\Cubase SX 3\Cubases.LOG.
Click 'OK' to be informed about further occurences of serious  problms or 'Cancel' to suppress these warnings in case of cascading warnings!
如果装的是NUENDO的话对话框的内容是一样的只是把CUBASES换成NUENDO就是了。
还有就是 我的插件就只装了Steinberg Hypersonic VSTi v1.0(H2o reg) 和几个Waves效果器！！！
请前辈们帮忙解决一下！！！！！！！

就没有那位前辈能指点我一下吗？？？
