I can spill the beans on Streamliner, its designed for you to hear how your master will sound like on streaming platforms. Just click on a platform/ tier (e.g. Spotify Premium). It automatically selects the correct codec and bitrate so you can audition the difference in sound quality and catch any problems before your track goes out. It also lets you preview loudness normalisation for each platform, so you can hear if/how much your track will be turned down.

It comes with dozens of presets for Target Levels, these are drawn from pre-analysed Masters of amazing sounding tracks. so you can just select a track from the list that you think sounds great, and it loads up the target levels on the meters. You can also load a reference track into the A-B player and run it through the meters and make your own Target Level presets. You can also use the loudness normalisation system to match the reference track and your live audio to the Loudness Target (or any of the platform presets) and hear how both tracks will sound like back to back in a playlist.
