- Added card number in multidevice operation to device and each stream
name. Allows multicard operation with multicard capable software like

- Changed settings dialog: The number of displayed tabs equals the
number of installed cards. Each tab shows the card's type as text
(HDSP9652 instead of Card1 etc)

- Added workaround for Apple's Aluminum Powerbooks (freeze fix,
recognition of hardware revision 12)
- Workaround for crash on wakeup from sleep on dual G4 Macs fixed
- Loading TotalMix settings on wakeup from sleep now works for Digiface
and Multiface too
- The system profiler no longer claims the driver to be incompatible and
not loaded (although it obviously was loaded and working)
- Improvement of the PCI bus performance. Depending on the model of your
computer this can cause a dramatic improvement of lower latency with
less clicks
