不是”偶觉得“，而是实践经验和科学的第三方评测结果～～～～～～请楼上的兄弟仔细翻翻老帖子，再上adkproaudio和各大欧美音频论坛看看评测吧……在这里说的已经太多了……
要不然上Steinberg / Cakewalk / Harmony-Central论坛问ADK的Scott也可以，他是目前PC机音频工作站最有发言权的专家之一～～～～～

在这个小测试里，512 buffer的时候双Xeon 3.2的CPU占用率竟然比X2 4400+高20%以上……
Nuendo 3 (Thonex Test (made by a fellow Nuendo forumite) )
3 reverb A, 11 Magnetos, 7 Multiband compressors, 1 a1, 3 Embracers, 5 LM-7s, 4 Monologues, 1 Vb-1, 2 DaTubes, 2 Dynamics, 2 Nuendo EQ2s, 1 Q, 2 Step Filters, 1 Tonic, 2 Vovoders, 3 Karlettes.
This test also works with Nuendo 2 and Cubase SX 2 and 3. (have to replace 1 EQ in Cubase) Download here Need the Karlette also!
Only the Dual Opteron and AMD X2 could run the project @ 64 buffer.
The Xeon was tested with a Multiface, Opteron with a Madi, the others a M-Audio Firewire 410.
