If you can't find a way to route MIDI from the MIDI Guitar plugin into the piano roll of your DAW, its might be easier to use the standalone version with a virtual MIDI loop. Please see the "Connect To DAW" option in the MIDI Output section of MIDI Guitar for instructions.

Apple Logic
We currently believe Logic has a problem routing MIDI out of plugins, but virtual midi works, and is super simple to setup.
