This option clears all regions associated with the active record files and resets the file pointers to the beginning of the file. Be careful, these options are all final and destructive.
trim session 概念有點不同, 它可以在同一個工程文件 或 在新的檔案另存一個、工程文件以及清除所有沒有用的音頻文件, 目的是減少整個工程文件夾的體積, 所以在錄音時使用 trim session 也要留意一下, 否則連本來不想刪除的也會沒了。
